Smed Jorgensen Attorneys at Law and SJG Consulting & Finance have teamed up with "long-distance adoption" charities Vysokoskolsti humaniste and CARITAS. These charities support disadvantaged children who would otherwise grow up without access to the most basic amenities. Their aim is to improve the health, education and quality of life of these children and this particular project is centered on access to education.
Financial sponsorship of "adoptive parents" is put towards school fees, teaching supplies and school uniforms, giving the children an opportunity to obtain an education enjoyed by children all around the world. It also provides them with a better start to life that will substantially improve their chances of finding decent employment in the future and enable them to support their families.
We support two children through the association "Vysokoskolsti humaniste" (Univeristy Humanists), a girl called Fatoumata Diariou Diallo and a boy called Hamidou Bangour, from Guinea. Through the association CARITAS, we sponsor five children from India- three girls Ashalatha, Geetha, Jennifer and two boys Vijay a Musthash.
