Our country, among other European Union countries, participate in governmental programs and in the incentive system as a form of public support to new or to already existing manufacturing factors. In order to obtain the incentives, investors must meet certain requirements specifying the minimal invested amount and the conditions for tax deduction. The promised incentives allow the investor to obtain financial support throught the European Funds for new created jobs or staff retraining and also provide the grant of land for bargain prices.
